There are quite many people who are interested about HCG Diet. So here's a brief outline of HCG Diet. This popular weight loss program comprises 3 Phases, all of which comes with certain protocols needed to be followed properly to achieve results.
The Phase 1 HCG Diet is the "Loading Phase" where users have to consume fat and calorie to prepare the body for Phase 2. The Phase 2 also known as "Maintenance Phase" restricts the user on adhering to a 500 calories a day diet. And Phase 3, is the "Stabilization Phase" where one can obviously see results appearing and within the 21 days throughout the third phase, a user may now slowly increase the calorie intake.
