Those of you with video internet had a chance to watch the latest LNC meeting via streaming video.
I watched our LNC Chair voice false claims relating to the Connecticut ballot access drive that the LNC failed to accomplish. Redpath claimed I pushed up their petitioning costs. I was the stand-in in CT, so petitioning could start early. When we reached the right time, the LPCT sent me a letter to complete and return, handing the names over to Barr, and I immediately did sent back the letter. Redpath's claim that I drove up their costs by being a stand-in in Connecticut are false.
If you want to look at things that drove up LNC petitioning costs, look at the contract they signed in MA: Way too many signatures with absolutely no notice to the state party that they were doing it. We collected a considerable number of signatures at great expense to our treasury, and my pocketbook, and that was money down the drain because we simply duplicated the LNC nominating paper effort, even though they had been told we were collecting signatures.
